Myron G. "Gil" Dotson

Dotson, Myron G. "Gil" Of Waukesha, 78 years of age, left this world on Tues., March 13, 2007. Gil was born on May 20, 1928 in Glendale, CA. Beloved husband of 59 years of Claire Dotson (nee Kilbey). Gil served in the US Navy, retired from Wisconsin Electric Power Co., was a member of the American Legion, Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church and the Golden Agers Club of Waukesha. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kent Dotson Sr. and Leota Zeigler (Nee Browne) and brother, Kent Jr. all of southern California. Gil is survived by his wife, Claire; 5 sons, Glenn (Donna), Stephen, James, Kenneth Sr. (Barbara), and Timothy (Joy); 10 grandchildren, Samantha and Christopher Dotson, Amanda and Kayla Dotson, Christie (Matt) Dapelo, Ken Jr. Dotson, Cyndy Slane, Travis and Jeremy Blaszczyk, and Whitney Dotson; his 9 great-grandchildren, Jessie Dotson, Melissa and Joshua Klein, Madeline and Lauren Dapelo, Carrissa, Gabriel and Katlyn Dotson and Brianna Blaszczyk; sister, Norma Bennewate and family of Colorado Springs, CO, Dotson nieces and nephew of California and Colorado and Dotson cousins of Minersville, Utah of the Church of the Latter Day Saints of Jesus Christ in Utah, cousin, Gloria Hudgens of Florida and many Kilbey family members who loved and cherished him. Gil is further survived by many dear friends. Visitation for Gil will be held on Friday, March 16 from 9 AM until the 12 noon Funeral Service at the Funeral Home.
