I just found out about the passing of our dear friend Pat. He was one of the first people I worked with at OCPP in 1975. I probably learned more things from Pat than anyone else and I told him so a couple of weeks ago when I ran into him a Wahlgreens. We were both getting Christmas cards for our wives. I always said to myself, "When I grow up I want to be as good a mechanic as Pat." He told me he always liked working with me which was a tremendous complement. I knew he was a Navy vet but that stinker never once mentioned anything about secret missions over Viet Nam. He only said he was based in Okanawa and had never set foot on a ship. See you later Pat. We will always miss you.

This last week my son Brandon lost one of his very best friends. Pat was our neighbor. He lived down the block from us. My son started going down the block to talk and help both Pat and his beautiful wife Vickie when he was about 4 years old. Whenever I didn't see him outside I would look down the block & see if their garage was open & if it was I would say "Yup, he's talking with Pat." Both my husband & son will miss this wonderful man and baseball talks (we all will.) Pat was the biggest cubs fan around that gave my son a cubs hat a couple of yrs. ago that he will now wear proudly because of all the great memories & his friendship. ?

I worked with Pat on many turbine outages for Wisc. Electric at the Oak Creek plant. A great man, knowledgeable and kind. He will be missed.
