Paul Joseph Schaumberg

Muskego - Paul Joseph Schaumberg, age 81, passed away at his home in Alvarado, Texas on March 5, 2021. Paul was born on May 6, 1939 in Darlington, Wisconsin. He resided most of his life with his wife and children in Tess Corners and Muskego, WI before moving to Elkhorn, WI and then to Texas.

Paul was an entrepreneur who owned several businesses, including Schaumberg's Suburban House, Schaumberg's Pizza, Schaumberg's Fundraising, Tess Corners Kitchen, Choir Practice Tavern, and the Bubbling Spring House. Paul also served his community in the Air National Guard, Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department, the City of Muskego Chamber of Commerce, and the United States Junior Council (Jaycees). Paul was also elected several times as Alderman of the City of Muskego.

Paul was sustained by his strong faith in God, as a lifelong practicing member of the Catholic Church, including St. Leonard Catholic Church in Muskego, WI, St. Patrick Parish in Elkhorn, WI, and St. Ann Catholic Church in Burleson, Texas.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents, John Conrad Schaumberg & Mercedes (Armstrong) Schaumberg, as well as his oldest brother John Mark Schaumberg. He is survived by his loving wife Magdalene Mary (McDonnell) Schaumberg; his brothers Richard, and Robert, his sister Marianna; as well as his 7 children: Cathrine, Debra, Paul, Leanne, Linda, John, and Stephanie; and 8 grandchildren: Jacob, Courtney, Matthew, Kian, Mariah, Jackson, Joseph, and Sebastian.
