To the Family of Deacon Percy Perry, I admire the way your husband and dad lived his life and the light he bought to others, He was a very special and righteous man, My heart is full with tears but I know he was a Godly Man who Love the Lord and Love his Bride Auntie Anna from the beginning to end of his time, he love and taught his son to be men and love his daughter to be lady, This man I always call Uncle Percy he was funny but he was real, To the Family I love Uncle Percy and I know he with the Lord he at peace no more pain, he will be miss so dearly,

Thank you Dad for always being there for our entire family as well as anyone else who was in need. You did not hesitate to spring into action to help others. Your faith in God, and your service to others was an excellent example of how a man of God should conduct himself. You have left a true legacy of love. You survived and thrived in this life, even though this jim crow society was not always fair to you. I find comfort in knowing that you are with our lord and savior Jesus Christ, and that you have been reunited in spirit forever with our Ancestors.
I love you Dad, and I will miss you every day until I see you again. I promise to take care of Mom for you. With each conversation that Mom and I have about you, she reveals more and more of your impressive accomplishments, and fun memories of you that I will reflect on and draw strength and inspiration from for the rest of my life.
Rest in Heaven Pop, I love you and I miss you!

Condolences, to family and friends. In the late 70's early 80's we worked together in the Brew House at Miller. Percy remained a friend as I moved to work for our Union. RIP.
