I was sadden to hear of Ralph passing he was a kind and gentle soul who was the first to commit to help. Spend time with him at United Way as a Loaned Executive and than when I moved over to the Red Cross I got to see him in action. He will be missed. My prayers and thoughts are with the Garcia family.
