Lezala, Richard B. "Frenchy" Of Cudahy, Found Peace January 18, 2013, at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of Valerie Ann Lezala. Loving father of Cheryl (Darwin) Pavlik, Gloria (Jeff) Lezala, and James (Brenda) Lezala. Proud grandfather of Mark (Susan) Pavlik, Scott Pavlik, Megan, Emma and Jamie Lezala. Great-grandfather of Eli and Ava Pavlik. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Tuesday, January 22, at 6:30PM at St John Ev. Lutheran Church. 4850 S. Lake Dr., Cudahy. Visitation on Tuesday from 4:30PM until time of services at church. Interment private, Highland Memorial Park. He was a proud member of Steamfitters Local 601 for 57 years. The family would like to thank Dr. James P. Mazzulla, Dr. Donald Schmidt, and Rose Fjeld NP for their loving care and dedication.
