Brandon, Rita M. (Nee Rekowski) Passed away peacefully, at her own home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 29, 2018 at the age of 73. Rita was born March 21, 1945 to Agnes and Edward Rekowski. She joins the love of her life Gary L. Brandon who left us just three weeks ago on October 4, 2018. The two have journeyed together for over 39 years and will continue on a path of forever togetherness. Beloved mother of Teresa Heier (Tim), Ted Izydor (Jill), Tony Izydor (Sarah), Kurt Brandon, Santana Brandon (Tyler), and Travis Izydor. Cherished grandma to Collin and Emily Heier; Sophia, Amira, and Samuel Izydor; Annie, Danny, and Henry Izydor; Luke, Ethan, and Winter Brandon; Tasia Burdick; Tyler Izydor and Great-grandma to Liam. Special sister to Agnes and Greg Jackson. Loving aunt to Michelle (Godmother), Vanessa, and Heather. Rita spent her retired days with her husband Gary enjoying trips to the casino, snapchatting with Emily, playing Words with Friends, and buying gadgets at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. She was light-hearted, had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed life. One of her most important accomplishments was to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Business later in life. She also worked and retired from Wrought Washer. Memories of her life will remain in our hearts forever. A Celebration Gathering for Rita and Gary Brandon will be at the Funeral Home on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Memorial Service at 12:30 PM. Brandon, Gary L., 69, passed away peacefully in his home on October 4, 2018 preceding his wife, Rita. The two have spent the last 40 years sharing their lives together and with their family. We feel blessed that the two could take their journey together even to the end. They will be missed tremendously. Gary's obituary was posted on October 11, 2018.
