I'll never forget how Mr. Gueldner faithfully moved Lori & I in and out of our Madison apartments every year! Our freshman year, the building manager turned off the elevators during move-out week. (he said it was a malfunction, but I'm pretty sure it was payback for student vandalism! -- Lori & I are innocent tho! I think). Mr. G lugged a refrigerator, a stereo and about 1000 lbs of books down 4 flights of stairs. We'd always end with a good dinner and a couple of pilsners!
Of all the memories, my favorite was the look on his face on Lori & Brian's wedding day.
I love you Mr. G!

Bob and I were "study buddies" @ SIU in the 1960's as we worked on our Master's degree. We've kept in touch via cards and since the age of the "web" by Emails. I have many pleasant memories of our times @SIU. We always ended our study sessions by trying to out do each other in making and flying paper airplanes. Donna, please accept our sincere sympathy on your loss.
