I was a student at Messmer (1970'ish) and Fr. Bob was just easy to speak with and talk to. Good. Decent. Calming voice. Just a "cool" person. Nothing but the best in this priest!

I was an alter boy in 1966 and remember him so well. So kind and down to earth. I also had some trouble in my life and looked him up for some guidance. It was well worth the time. Father Bob was a rock and extremely respected by all his parishioners!
God Bless you Fr Katorski!

I worked with Fr. Bob at St. Rita's and enjoyed every minute of that. Through conversation I came to know that he grew up in the same neighborhood as my dad and remembered him from his early playground days. I will truly miss Fr. Bob and all of his kindness.

My deepest sympathies to the Katorski family. I only met Fr. Bob once a number of years ago, when I attended a funeral at St. Rita's. From just that one meeting, I could sense that Fr. Bob was a very caring and compassionate man who was true to his priestly vocation. May He Rest In Peace, as the Angels escort him to be with God in the Heavenly Kingdom.

Father Robert married us in May 1966 at St. Charles Boromeo parish. He was very sincere and prayed hard for us at the mass and reception so that our marriage would remain loving and strong in the eyes of God. The prayers have been answered as we celebrated our 44th anniversary in May. Thank you for your sincerity and prayers. We pray for you now and forever.

Father Bob will be greatly missed by all that knew him. He made a huge impact on our family and especially Jordan. Father Bob was jordan's sponsor for confirmation. From the first time he started saying mass at St. Ritas he and Jordan became buddies. Something just clicked with the two of them. He was always apart of our family from then on. He will be missed at one of the biggest day's in Jordan's life Sep. 3rd 2010 the day he is getting married. Jordan always wanted him to marry him and Marisa but god had other plans. I know he will be with them in spirit. Our thought's and prayers our with the Katorski family, he will be missed.

We were neighbors of Len and Leona Katorski, and knew of Fr. Bob long before we actually got to know Fr. Bob. Leona always talked very highly of him. Our paths crossed as he became a good friend of my parents thru St. Rita's parish. We had several opportunities to get to know him and I am grateful for that.
My sympathy is extended to the Katorski family and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Dorothy,
My thoughts and prayers are with you as you deal with the passing of your brother Bob. I had the opportunity of getting to know Bob and we became good friends over the years. I was fortunate to help-out at Blessed Sacrament during his tenure as pastor. Bob was a good person, a good pastor due to his compassion and love for others. I spoke with Bob a month ago and his concern was never him but was concerned how I was doing. That was the kind of person Bob was. He had a deep faith knowing that when it was time for him to take leave of this life that his "life is simply changed not ended." May that aspect of Bob faith strengthen you at this time. I hold you in prayer.
Sincerely,
Fr. Marv Knighton'75

Dear Family of Fr. Bob,
I have been praying daily for Fr. Bob and have been kept up to date on the progress of his illness by my parishioners Norman and Florence Hoffman. I was nearly assigned to serve with him at then St. Cecilia's in Thiensville and it would have been a most agreeable time together as he was a most pleasant person and would have been so very fine to work with. My condolences - Fr. Rick Stoffel, St. Peter's, Slinger, WI
