Dear Holtz Family, I feel truly blessed to have cared for Wiz throughout the past few months. Wiz was a angel here on earth and now she is an angel next to God. I am forever greatful that I was chosen to come into your lives at this most difficult time and share with Wiz all of her stories and pride in each one of her children and her wonderful husband Harry. I am going to miss her greatly. It was a pleasure to get to meet so many of the people that Wiz held closest to her heart and my only wish is that I was able to make this experience a little less painful. Julie you are an amazingly strong woman and you showed such courage through all of the trying times with Wiz. Andy and Bill your tireless nights with Wiz meant the world to her. Harry you can now carry Wiz with you in your heart forever, she's in heaven now and she's on your side. It was an honor and a blessing to get to know you all and God bless your entire family. All my love and with deepest sympathy. Patty Goelzer RN Horizon Hospice
