Sophie Milos

Milos, Sophie Milos, Sophie (Nee Radosevich) of West Allis, Wisconsin. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 25 at the age of 99. Sophie grew up in Milwaukee. She married Charles "Charlie" Milos on September 7, 1937. They were married 65 years. Sophie was a kind and gentle woman who took great pride in taking care of her family. She possessed great humility and a sharp sense of humor. She loved to play cards and taught her grandchildren to play cards at the kitchen table. She had a knack for quietly beating her children, grandchildren, and friends in Sheepshead, and whatever else she played. She also made amazing strudel. Sophie was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Milos, her son, Charlie Milos Jr., her sister, Sylvia Petek, her brothers Mike and Iggy Radosevich, her great-grandson, Josh Milos, and many other family and friends. Sophie is survived by her two children Karen (Scott) Mueller, John (Lynn) Milos and daughter-in-law Mary (Art) Mitter, She is also survived by nephews, Dean (Mary) Pelkey and John (Patty) Petek and niece Sonja (Bob) Malkowski. She will be dearly missed by her 11 grandchildren,: Danny (Carole) Milos, Lori Milos, Linda (Sam) Gruichich, John (Jill) Milos, Robbie Milos, Mike (Missy) Milos, Jeff (Jessica) Milos, Jenny (Craig) Pagelsdorf, Mark (Lori) Mueller, Mike (Judy) Mueller, and Greg (Gena) Mueller, 24 great-grandchildren: Hanna, Nathan, Matthew, Zachary, Clayton, Charlie, Jeffrey, Jasmine, Katelyn, Luke, Zach, Elaina, Gretta, Semo, Micho, Luke, John, Sydney, Quinn, Austin, Brady, Ella, Layla, and Harper, and 2 great-great-grandchildren: Sonny and Arianna. Funeral services will be held Thursday June 29 at 11:00 AM at Wisconsin Memorial Park Chapel of the Chimes.132nd & Capitol Dr. Visitation Thursday at the Chapel of the Chimes 9:30 AM until time of services.
