Sterling Hasey Obituary
Passed away on June 15, 2021 at the age of 98 in Westlake Village, California. He is survived by his children Mark Hasey, Susan (Karl) Ekman, Kristin (Dennis) Rice and Jack (Sheree) Hasey. Further survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Joe was a World War II veteran serving in the Air Apaches 345th Bomb Group. After the war he majored in business at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and went on to start his own commercial real estate company which he led for over 45 years. Joe was a resident of Bayside and Mequon before retiring in Palm Desert, California. A private family service will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park later this year.

Mr. Hasey had a profound impact on my life and career. I leased a showroom from him on Teutonia/Calumet for years. In addition to being a thoughtful landlord, he became one of my best customers. I considered him a mentor and friend.
