Glendale - (Nee Wiernick) Passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 75. Loving mother of Laurie (Jill Stevens) Borkon and Julie (David) Meyers. Cherished grandmother of Talia Borkon-Rutter, Danielle Borkon-Rutter, Ayal Meyers and Zev Meyers. Dear sister of James Wiernick.

Private family funeral service held at Spring Hill Cemetery, Milw. Memorial contributions to the Children's Dyslexia Center of Milwaukee or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network of Milwaukee appreciated.

I continued to run into Sue, long after she was my son, Christopher's teacher at Atwater School in the 1980's. We bumped into each other, very often, at T.J. Maxx! We always had great conversations! She always asked how Chris was and where and what he was doing. "Mrs. Borkon" cared so much for all of her students! She was an excellent teacher, engaging, kind and always showed great interest in our son, who thought she was wonderful. We remember her professionalism, integrity and kindness. We will always be grateful to her! Please accept our family's sympathy. She was greatly valued for many reasons and will always be remembered by those fortunate enough to have known her.
