1939 - 2016

Artus, Thomas J. "Tom" In loving memory of Tom, born May 11, 1939 and died peacefully on September 10, 2016 in the comfort of his home at age 78 years. Beloved husband of Veronica (nee Lidwin) Artus. Great father of John (Paula Bohne) and Ann Marie (Avery McWilliams) Artus. Proud grandpa of Michael Cocroft and Sophia Artus. Tom will also be remembered by brother, Robert Artus of Tocoma, WA, sister-in-law, Kathleen Lidwin, other relatives and friends. He was a dedicated and proud sheet metal worker and served as president of the Milwaukee Sheet Metal Union Local 24. He was also a member of the South Shore and MNS Coin Clubs. Tom was a very dedicated, loving husband and father. He will be dearly missed and always in our hearts. As to Tom's wishes, a private family gathering was observed. Memorials made to the Salvation Army or the Rescue Mission is appreciated. Rest in Peace Tom, you can now breath easily. Thank you for the great memories that will endure within us all.
