Thomas Anthony Durian

1943 - 2015

Durian, Thomas Anthony Age 71, born on April 2, 1943, died of natural causes at his home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on February 2, 2015. He was the only son of Lester and Lois nee Pflug Durian and was preceded by them in death. After college graduation and in assignment with the U.S. Navy in Japan, he had an extended career with Froedtert Malt until his retirement. Tommy was a gentle, soft-spoken person and loved cooking for his family and guests. He also practiced water sports at the family cottage on Lake Nagawicka. He loved his dogs and referred to them as his boys. Tommy is survived by his uncle Robert Pflug, his cousins Susan Maslowski, Linda Savcic, Elizabeth Froh, Robert and Michael Pflug, their spouses and children and Buddy, his last surviving Boston Terrier. Visitation will be held Sat., Feb 7 at PINELAWN MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY CHAPEL, 10700 W. Capitol Dr, Milwaukee from 10:30-11:00 AM. Funeral Service Celebrated 11 AM. Burial will follow. If desired, memorials may be made to the Wisconsin Human Society.
