Waltraut "Wally" Raccoli

Raccoli, Waltraut "Wally" (Nee Schaarschmidt ) Passed away peacefully on August 29. 2015 at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Arthur and her parents Martha and Max. Wally is survived by her daughters Sandi Ives (Dave), Jeanne Baas (Bill), Marion Clark (Rob), Fay Cawley, (Pat), Pat Reiher (Werner), Bobbi Harvey (Bob), Kathie Entz (Jeff), 25 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren. Wally emigrated from Greiz, Germany to the United States at the age of 6. She earned her Bachelors Degree from Stevens Point University, Masters Degree from UWM, and became an educator and counselor at John Marshall High School. During her retirement years Wally was a court appointed advocate, she volunteered at Elmbrook Hospital and the Brookfield Farmers Market. She was an avid gardener, quilter and traveled extensively. Visitation Tuesday, September 8, 6-8PM at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 1875 N. Calhoun Road, Brookfield. Service at 8PM. Interment Wednesday, September 9 at 11:30AM at Highland Memorial Park.
