Back on October 6, 1956, Wayne, my sister, Florence and myself , traveled from my home in Jersey City, NJ to Yankee Stadium to see the Yankees play the Brooklyn Dodgers in a World Series game.
For those of you, who know Baseball, that was the game that Don Larsen of the Yankees pitched the first and only No-Hit World Series Game! Watching the players of that time:
Brooklyn Dodgers: Reese.Snyder,Robinson,Furillo,Campanella,Hodges, etc.
NY Yankees:
Rizutto,Berra,Larson(The Pitcher!)Mantle,etc.
We were pretty lucky to pick That Game to see!

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. Psalms 16:15*
