just read this several years late......coach cross always said I was late for everything. Jeez, same thing my college coach said! A truly great guy and a gift to WFB education and track. every track meet I coached for Sheboygan South HS I thought of him and asked myself,..."where the he'll is Tom Dakin when we need him?"

Sorry to hear about Bill. He was a leader in whatever he tried. I literally followed him from WHS to LaX and then to South Milwaukee. He and Ginny were good friends.
