Yvonne Dunkleman Obituary
Milwaukee - Passed away peacefully at home on December 22, 2020 at age 93. Yvonne was born to Toni and Flora (nee Schreiber) Aktuaryus on September 17, 1927 in Zurich, Switzerland. In 1955 Yvonne married Marshall Dunkleman in Chicago, and the couple and their family moved to Milwaukee in 1965. Yvonne was kind, strong, intelligent, elegant and graceful, a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandmother who found strength and inspiration in her Jewish faith, and a woman with a deep appreciation for classical music, literature, fine arts, and languages.
She will be dearly missed and remembered by her loving: husband, Marshall; children, David and Sharon (Paul); and grandsons, Joe and Alex.
A private interment took place on December 28, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 9900 Gross Point Road, Skokie, IL.

My deepest sympathies to Mr. Dunkleman and family, especially to my dear friend since high school David. I did not know Mrs. Dunkleman closely but remember her as a classy , intellectional woman who really had a feel and understanding of art and culture. My father was an internationally celebrated artist and Mr. and Mrs Dunkleman followed them. I became friends with their son David because we shared an interest in the values his and my parents shared. This is beautiful family that lived a beautiful life of promoting art, culture, belief in good values and non judgment of all peoples. I know this must be a great hardship for Mr. Dunkleman, but he knows she lived a good life and she is in a better place knowing that she was loved. By anyone who knew the both of them.

Marshall, my love and prayers go out to you ....you were my husband Jim's dear friend,,, FHK brought you together. We will all be together again one day . until then know you are dearly loved my friend , Yvonne was a dear sweet lady ....may you find Peace .
