Phillip White Obituary
Phillip A. White, 61, of Florence, passed away Monday, Aug. 5, 2013. Visitation will be today beginning at 11 a.m. followed by the funeral service in the Elkins Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. His nephew, Brother Mike Walker, of Magnolia, Ky., is officiating. Burial will follow in the Whitehead Cemetery, Rogersville.
Mr. White was an avid Alabama football fan.
He is survived by his daughter, Erica Jefferys (Jeremy), of Hartselle; grandson, Sawyer Jefferys; siblings, Mark White (Stacey), of Florence, Angela White Green, of Lexington, Gloria Pampinto, of Decatur, Teresa Patterson (Tommy), of Florence, and Pat Killen, of Sheffield; and several loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ricky and Helen White; and a sister, Laura Nash.
Pallbearers will be his nephews, Mark Johnson, Timmy White, Jeremy Jefferys, Eric White, Brian Killen, Shane Killen and Leslie Nash.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
