Aloha to the Powers Ohana,
It is with a sad and heavy heart that I just learned of Rusty's passing. I met him back in the summer of 87' while working for Blake Kazama out at Aldercrest Lodge. He and I hit it off from the day we met and it was always something on my list of to do's was to someday get back up there. I was planning to return next summer with my 17 year old son and was searching his name when I learned of his passing.
Rusty was the kind of guy who left a lasting impression on all who knew him and I am sad to learn of his passing. To the Powers Ohana i send my belated sympathies.
I have great memories of my time up there with him. May he rest in eternal peace.
