Kenneth Fanguy Obituary

Kenneth "Kenny" Wayne Fanguy, 64, a native of Dulac and a resident of Gray, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025. He is survived by his loving companion of 52 years, Marilyn Trahan; daughters, Amanda Boudreaux (Ave) and Jennifer Griffith (Jonathan); grandchildren, Madix and Jaxson Boudreaux, Kylie, Haisley, and Wallen Griffith; brothers, Lawrence "Butch" Davis (Alice), Clifford "Bear" Fanguy (Patty), and Phillip Fanguy (Judy); sister, Darlene Fanguy; and many extended family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell Fanguy, Sr. and Ruby Mae Daigle Fanguy; brother, Mitchell Fanguy, Jr.; and sister, Charlotte Fanguy. Kenny will forever be remembered as a kind and wonderful man to his family, friends, and never met a stranger. He enjoyed listening to music, riding his Harley, being the life of the party, and spending time with his grandchildren. Kenny will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him dearly. Per Kenny's wishes, there will be no memorial services. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Chabert Medical Center for their excellent care, compassion, and patience.
