Wichita, Kansas - Alta Jean Steddum, 94, Retired Insurance Secretary, passed away on November 25, 2023. She was born on January 2, 1929 in Blackwell, Oklahoma to Earl E. Bourne and Nellie Postelwaite. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence; 2 grandsons and a sister. She is survived by her son: Randall (Charlotte) Steddum; her daughter: Theresa (Marvin) Felty; 3 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. Visitation:
Thursday, November 30, 2023 9:30 a.m.-10 a.m.; Service: 10 a.m., Thursday, November 30, 2023, both at Hillside Funeral Home West. Burial will be at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
