Colwich, Kansas - Charles Weeks September 25, 1942 – January 16, 2022 Colwich, Kansas – Charles Clifford Weeks, Sr., passed away at St. Joseph with COVID-19. He was 79 years old.
Charles was born September 25, 1942 to Clifford Leburn and Geraldine Vivian (Longan) Weeks in White City, Kansas. He graduated from High School in White City, Kansas in 1961 and married Carolyn Frances Craft June 2, 1963 in Herington, Kansas. Charles worked in residential construction for numerous years, sheet metal technician for Beechcraft and Boeing where he retired.
His hobbies after retirement included all types of fishing, woodworking, and building remote controlled model aircraft.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Wilma, Betty, Mary. He is survived by Carolyn Frances Craft, his loving wife of 58 years, their children Charles (Samantha), Maurice (Debbie) and Sherry (James), siblings Kenneth, Martha, and John and eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A small service was held for immediate family at Wulf-Ast Mortuary in Wichita, Kansas with burial in Delavan Cemetery, Delavan, Kansas.

I offer my condolences to Charlie´s family, friends, and to everyone that is missing him. I knew Charlie from when he worked in 13L, at Boeing. Charlie was a great guy. I loved his demeanor. I enjoyed the times I talked with him. He always was a gentleman and always treated others with kindness and respect. I know he has been and will be missed very much. God bless you, Charlie.
