David Leach
June 27, 1984 - November 11, 2021
Duluth, Minnesota - On Thursday, November 11, 2021, David Roger Leach passed from this life into the loving arms of our Lord Jesus Christ.
David was born in Idaho and grew up in Kansas. After graduating high school, David enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served our great nation for nine years, earning the rank of Sergeant. He then worked in Kansas City for several years before moving to Duluth, Minnesota to work for the National Weather Service. It was in Duluth that David met and married the love of his life, Rhea Ann Harvey. David had a huge heart; he volunteered in his community, he was active in his church; he loved animals; and he enjoyed shooting guns, photography and building computers.
David was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Josephine Leach and Greg Knott.
David is survived by his wife, Rhea; parents, David (Janet) Leach and Margene Weihe; siblings, Kirsten (Jason) Anthem, Kathryn (Abraham) Rodriquez and Tommy (Rachel) Leach; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be dearly missed.
Visitation to be held at 2 PM on Sunday, November 28th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, with Funeral Service at 3 PM and Military Honors immediately following.
