He married Bonita Fisher November 12, 1960 who passed away in 2010. Survivors include: sons, Anthony Strasser, Travis Strasser; daughters, LuCinda Whitenack, Denise Starkweather; sisters, Sherry Edwards, Candace Elting; 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren. Graveside service 2:00 p.m. November 9, 2022 at Prairie Lawn Cemetery of Peabody. Online condolences at www.jostfuneralhome.com.
