Don Linton Obituary

DENTON, TX - Linton, Don Thomas, 86, died July 29th, 2009 at his home in Denton. Born in Walnut, Kansas, he served in the army air corp during WWII, after which he resided in Wichita where he worked 35 years for Cessna Aircraft Company until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his son Richard Linton. Survivors include his wife of 63 years Eva Linton of Denton; daughters, Linda Orr of Denton, and Donna McKelvay of Fort Pierce, FL; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Leroy Linton of Bridgeport, IL; sisters, Faye Pahl of Ogallala, NE, Doris Gooding of Las Lunas, NM, and Mildred Johnson of Pittsburg, KS. Graveside Services will be held at Fort Scott National Cemetery in Fort Scott Kansas on August 14 at 2:30 p.m.

To the Linton family - I am so sorry foryour loss. I lived with Rick when we all worked at Cessna and we would go to your house and your mom would make homemade pizza for us boys. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
