Wichita , Kansas - A funeral service for Monica Moore and her daughter, Madison, will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 16th, at Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple. A reception for family and friends will immediately follow at the church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Trinity Academy, 12345 E. 21st St. N., Wichita, KS 67206. Our thoughts & prayers go to the Moire Family. Our granddaughter was on the Volley Ball team with Maddie & Coach Monica. They touched the lives of all the team, they were so kind & generous. This loss has touched many. We sends sincere prayers of care to the Moore Family.

Our hearts go out to the family of Dr. Moore & Madison. Dr. Moore will be missed terribly. She could light up a room with her smile & personality. We are still in shock that this all happened. Dr. Moore was our Vet for over six years and gave excellent care with Shipley & Judge, which Dr. Moore has two of their siblings as well. I didn't know Madison but I'm sure she had that same beautiful spirit her sweet Mom had. We miss you already Dr. Moore, however, we know you & Madison loved Jesus & had a deep faith, so your new address is heaven. We love you & pray for your sweet family. You have left your print on our lives. God Bless your family during this difficult time.

My thoughts and prayers for Dr. Monica Moore, Madison and their great family. Not only a wonderful Veterinarian with her sister, Dr. April Horn and an awesome staff at Sisters Veterinary Clinic, Monica was a true friend to many. RIP to Monica and Madison; They both will be sorely missed.
