Hernandez, survivors include his wife of 27 years, Heidi; mother, Roseanna Hernandez; brothers, Lewis Hernandez, Jr. and Michael Hernandez; sister, Sonia Kelley; 16 nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
