Jackie Stonecipher Obituary

Stonecipher, Jackie, beloved wife and mother, born 1926, joined our Lord peacefully on Aug. 23, 2003. Rosary 7 p.m. Monday; service 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, both at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. A member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Lucille and Edwin Mobley and infant grandchild, Kimberly Carol Mishler. In high school Jackie was a majorette in Salem, IL when she met her husband. They married May 28, 1943. Jackie followed Bob while he served in the Air Force during World War II. In the past she served as a volunteer in the Red Cross. She is a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Jackie is survived by her husband, of 60 years, Robert and two daughters, Carol Rasmussen, Debi Pomeroy and sons-in-law, Robert and David; two sisters; three grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; one stepgrandson and three step-great-grandchildren.
