Majors, Jimmy E., 58, went to be with his Lord on Friday, July 19, 2013. Jim was born June 21, 1955, in New London, CT where his father was stationed in the Navy. He lived in multiple states before moving to Wichita, KS where he met and married his childhood sweetheart, Pam, in 1974. He is a graduate of South High School and continued on to trade school to begin a 41 year career in the plumbing industry. He was a member of Local 441 and for the past 10 years worked for The Waldinger Corp as a commercial plumber. Celebration of Life service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 25th, at Evangel Assembly of God, 11444 W. 21st St. N., Wichita, KS. Jim was preceded in death by his father, Lyle E Majors; his mother, Shirley A Supanchick; and his grandparents, Charlie and Evelyn Baldwin. Jim is survived by his wife of 39 years, Pamela J Majors; sons: J Matthew Majors (Jennifer) and Jayson E Majors (Tammy); grandchildren: Madison, Shaeley, Mason, Brittley, Makenna, Aubrey, and Juliana; sisters: Debbie Bentz (Larry), Patricia Schultz (Robert), Sheryl Supanchick (Don); stepfather, Ronald Supanchick; plus multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
