Wichita, Kansas - Kathi Ann Buche age 64, of Wichita, KS passed away on February 2, 2025. She was born on May 23, 1960 to Lloyd Earl Buche and JoAnn (Pojar) Buche in Iola, KS.
Kathi was born and raised in Iola, KS graduated high school in 1978 and then attained her bachelor's in graphic design from Wichita State University. She worked for Newman University for 20 years and Envision for 15 years.
She is survived by her son, Erik (Laura) Wood; three grandsons, Kevin Mason, Nick Mason and Logan Wood nieces, nephew cousins and a host of friends.
A Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the Wesley United Methodist Church 301 E Madison Ave, Iola, KS 66749 with burial to follow at Highland Cemetery Iola, Ks.

I worked with Kathi at Both Newman University and Envision. She was the most creative person I've ever known. I enjoyed Kathi's spirit and friendship all those years and I'm saddened to read of her passing. God Speed Kathi.

I knew Kathi first as a customer when she worked for Kansas Newman, later we became customers and good friends at Envision. She was a very talented and creative individual and a lot of fun to be around! She will be missed by many. I wish blessings and peace to the family and friends she left behind.

My deepest condolences to the family of Kathi, she will be missed greatly. I had the pleasure of working with her at Envision and always enjoyed hearing the stories about her grandsons and family.
