Mike has served as our firm's counsel for a number of years. He was extremely knowledgable in the securities industry, and was always honorable and ethical in all that he did. Paula and I regret that we were out of town, and did not hear of his death or funeral in time to attend the services. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. God bless.
