Argonia, Kansas - Olena Maxine (Penland) Holden, 90, passed away, Saturday, September 16, 2023.
Survived by husband Bill Holden of 72 years; children: Vicki Dudley of Mulvane, Randy Holden of Wichita, Davy Holden of Price, Utah, Debbie Plagmann of Derby, Daniel Holden of Argonia; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Private family interment was in the Holden Family Cemetery, Argonia. Memorial Mass will be at a later date.
Memorial established with Sisters of St. Joseph Dear Neighbor Fund, 3700 E. Lincoln, Wichita, KS 67218. Ebersole Mortuary, Conway Springs.

She and Papa Billy Joe were married for over 72 years...and shared a life filled with challenges, adventures, thrills, and many successes.
