I am so sorry for your loss. I am also sorry that I never got a chance to talk with her. Her father was my great-grandfather's younger brother and I would have loved to hear her stories about her childhood.

Mom was an angel on earth, but now she has flown to her home in heaven. She brightened the lives of everyone she met. All were welcome in her home and they were greeted with love and acceptance. I couldn't have asked for a better mother or friend. She touched so many lives and even when Alzheimer's crept in, her light never dimmed. Mom, you will forever be my shining light and your love will be with me always. I love you.
