Wichita, Kansas - Sandra K. "Sandy" Stout, 82, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, died September 10, 2021. A celebration of her life will take place at 10:00 am, Saturday, September 18, 2021 at First Evangelical Free Church. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Ava Powell, and her son, Byron G. Stout, IV. She is survived by her husband, Byron G. "Joe" Stout, III; daughters, Cindy Stout (Paul Craig), Cathy (Ron) Brock and Amy (Lee) Butler; daughter-in-law, Carrie Stout; and 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with The Navigators and First Evangelical Free Church.
