Wichita, Kansas - Shirley Rae Sterbens, 75, retired USD 259 para-educator, died Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am, Monday, October 27, 2025, at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary. Graveside Service will follow at 2:30 pm, at Bucklin Cemetery, Bucklin, KS.
Preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Pearl Dragoo.
Survived by her husband, Bob Sterbens; daughter, Kara (Ryan) Tidemann; son, Scott (Savannah) Sterbens; grandchildren, Blake and Claire Tidemann; brother, John (Judy) Dragoo.
A memorial has been established with: The KIDS Network, Inc., 300 West Douglas, Suite 145, Wichita, Kansas 67202.
