I met Sue through the Shepherd's Center of West Wichita. She was such a cheerful person in spite of her mobility issues. She volunteered in the office for a number of years and also taught a knitting class for beginner's or anyone else who wanted to join in. In fact I hardly ever saw her with knitting needles in her hands. My sympathy goes out to her husband and major caregiver for the loss of his sweet Sue. My prayers reach out to her entire family as they work to move forward from this time of grief.

Scott and family, I join many friends sending sympathy for your loss. Sue will be remembered as a devoted volunteer at Shepherd's Center of West Wichita where she helped in the office and held a class each session for knitters and crocheters. Her own creations were beautifully done. Her twinkling eyes, pretty smile, and infectious laugh along with her many skills, talents and patience will be greatly missed.

Sue and I were classmates from 3rd grade through highschool and neighbors in South Wichita. I will always remember her outgoing personality and warm smile. My condolences to her family and friends.

I knew Sue through church. I enjoyed talking to her about her creative projects and have several of the caps she fashioned. I send sincere condolences to Scott, Ann, Mary, Steven and the rest of the family. Valerie P.

I lived near the Kailer's growing up and Shannon was my best friend through Junior High. I had the privilege of getting to know Sue and Scott well during that time. Sue was a wonderful mom and a very kind and generous lady. She was so talented decorating cakes. This family was struck with tragedy early on losing Shelley, but always found ways to brighten and give to others graciously. Big hugs and love Shannon, Scott, and family.
