Viola Mary Marstall

Topeka-Marstall, Viola Mary 93, passed away November 4, 2016, at Midland Hospice House. Viola was born January 15, 1923, in Paxico, Kansas, to Victor and Frances Hund Glotzbach. She graduated from Paxico High School in 1941. Viola married Harold James Marstall on April 29, 1946, in Newbury, Kansas. Viola was Catholic and a charter member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Viola was a farm wife and homemaker, working beside her husband on their farm. She was also a member of the Maple Hill Ladies Auxiliary. Viola was the wife of the late Harold Marstall, mother of John Marstall (Judy) and Shirley Leeper Schultz (Bill - deceased), grandmother of Michael Marstall, Father David Marstall, Kimberly Gillen (Austin), Kristen Marstall (fianc‚ Rob Nixon), and Becky Leeper Shaw (Stacey), great-grandma of Nathaniel Leeper, Harvey and Truman Gillen, step-grandmother of Trey Schultz, Jacob and Bella Shaw, sister of Julia O'Connor, sister of Donald Glotzbach (Lila) and Servant Leader of those she met. Visitation will be 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614. Parish rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
