William Fitch Obituary
August 10, 1949 - July 3, 2021
Towanda, Kansas - William "Bill" Fitch, 72, of Placencia, Belize, formerly of Towanda, KS passed away Saturday July 3, 2021.
He was born to Roland and Lorraine (Salsbury) Fitch in St. Paul, MN. He married Mary Jo Doyle on April 7, 1984.
At 16 he started driving a semi truck and did so until his retirement in 2012. After his retirement he moved to Belize to pursue his love of scuba diving and to enjoy the warm climate.
He is survived by sons Steve (Amy) Fitch and granddaughters Maddison & Maloree of Andale; Brad (Trace) Fitch and granddaughter Trinity of Augusta; sisters Darlene "Dee" Bergquist & Irene (Norm) Fedun both of MN.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, wife, and son Scott Fitch.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday August 28, 2021 at St. Dominic Catholic Church Holton, Ks with burial following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
