Angela Cline Obituary

Morgantown, West Virginia - Angela Gail (Harness) Cline was born and raised in Olathe, KS. Angela followed her love of the Jayhawks to Lawrence where she graduated with a Master's in Public Admin. Angela then moved to Grand Junction and later, Denver, CO where she served in municipal government and married Scott Cline in 2013. Angela became the Assistant City Manager of Morgantown, WV in 2017. She was diagnosed with ALS in 2018 when her son, Patrick William, was 4 months old. She is survived by Patrick, Scott, her parents Marcie and Phil Harness; grandmother Beverly Harness; sister Melissa and brother-in-law Praxedis Flores; nephews Praxedis and Xavier; niece Mariana; and her aunts, uncle and cousins. She is preceded in death by grandparents Bill Harness and Genial and Galen Teske, and uncle Craig Teske. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to a 529 account for Patrick at www.ugift529.com using code 21C-32L, and the ALS Therapy Development Institute in Angela's memory at fundraise.als.net/angela

Scott and Patrick,
I am so sad about Angela as many of us are. Her suffering was tuff but she was so strong. She will be missed. May God take care of you both. Love also to her family! Time will help u heal some. So sorry
