Audrey Hamilton, 96, of Kansas City, KS, died Friday, July 22, 2005. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at Grinter Chapel United Methodist Church, 7850 Swartz, Kansas City, KS, 66111. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the Porter Funeral Home, 1835 Minnesota Ave., Kansas City, KS, from 5-8 p.m. Monday, July 25. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Grinter United Methodist Church. Surviving are three sons, Charles Hamilton and his wife Theresa, Larry Hamilton and his wife Linda, and Mike Hamilton and his wife Susan, and seven daughters, Maggie Beeves, Viola Cox, Sue Stinnett and her husband Arvil, Shirley Hamilton, Donna Brookshire and her husband Bill, Lucy Brookshire and her husband Jim, and Nancy Schleiger and her husband Ken; three daughters-in-law, Nancy Hamilton, Loretta Hamilton, and Jeanie Nails; and 62 grandchildren. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; five sons, Bob, Roy, Ray, Earl, and Allen; and two daughters, Mary and Olive; two sons-in-law, Harold Beeves, and Herman Cox; and three grandchildren.
