I just happened upon a FB post concerning the loss of a police officer. The name, Blaize Madrid Evans, rang a bell. About 10 years ago I had the honor of being the leader of 4H that that blaize belonged to in junior high. He was a wonderful young man. Polite. Involved. Even then he was disciplined and was interested in military or civic service. Was so sad to read about him and my heart goes out to Shannon and Machelle. A wonderful man you raised.

I did not know Blaize personally but he looked a young, shining bright light in this dark world. My heart is heavy and hurting for all of you. May our Heavenly Father give you peace, comfort and strength and may
Blaize always shine on you brightly.

Blaize has a smile that lights up a room and that will always be remembered, by all who knew him. His soul will now embrace the beautiful journey it was designed to take and he is whole. He'll be with you forever so celebrate every time you feel his presence.
With love and blessings,
Lisa

Sending condolences to the entire family of Blaize. I did not know him but am the mom of a young police officer. My heart hurts so bad for you. I pray you know how he must have blessed so many people in his time here on earth. I pray you will find love, comfort and peace in God and your families and friends.

Shannon, I am so sorry for your loss. Although, I did not know Blaize, he sounds like a true light. I am sure that light will endure in the hearts of all who loved and knew him for eternity. May you and your family as well as his Police brotherhood, find comfort in the Lord.
