Dixie Floyd Obituary

Aleene Floyd, 81, Belton, MO, died October 21, 2006 at her daughter's home. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday October 28, 2006 at Antioch Christian Church Cemetery, Pittsburg, Mo. Memorials to American Cancer Society 6700 Antioch Rd., Merriam, KS. 66204. Mrs. Floyd was born July 22, 1925 in Polk County, MO. She lived in this area 54 years. Aleene worked in food service for the Belton Schools over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Glen Floyd on October 19, 1999. Survivors include 2 daughters, Nancy & husband Kirt Denkler, Glenda & Mike Klick both of Belton, Mo; grandchildren, Jason & wife Krendi Gammill, Melissa Denkler, Amanda & husband Nelson Perkins & Laura & husband Kenny Gooseman; 5 great grandchildren, Austin, Kylie, Glen, Mykinzie, Luke and her loving dog "Tuffer".
