Florence Howell Obituary
Florence is lovingly remembered by her children: Toni Kellogg; Bradley "Steve" Foster and his wife Kelly; Daniel Foster and his wife Katy; Timothy Foster; Tanya Stice and her husband Vernon; and Mathew Foster and his wife Joy. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Snyder Building, located at 608 2nd Street, Platte City, MO 64079.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Sweet Flo. We met her late in life. She always had great conversations with us as we visited. Her love for children was so evident. Love to all her family.

Sending love and prayers to everyone. Bella and Sammy were blessed with the love of their Gg Flo, they have many great memories they can treasure of their ocean of fun adventures, Mount Rushmore trip, and Saturday mornings at her apartment playing with all her trinkets. She would always tell them how beautiful and handsome they were. Gg Flo will always hold a special place in our hearts.
