Frank Biondo Obituary
October 25, 1934 - January 5, 2022
New Bern, North Carolina - Frank Joseph Biondo, a life long resident of Kansas City, Missouri, peacefully passed away on January 5th, 2022, in the presence of his wife of more than 68 years. Frank was just starting to enjoy retirement in New Bern NC. when he passed after a brief illness. He was born October 25 1934 to Frank and Lena Biondo.
Frank is survived by his wife Mary Ann. Frank and Mary Ann were by each other side from the day of their marriage on April 30th 1953.
They were the proud parents of sevens sons. He is survived by his sons Frank of Riverside, Mo. Gary and wife Cecilia of Ulaanbaatar Mongolia, and Dalian China, by John and wife Deborah of Lenexa, Ks, by Timothy of Kansas city, Mo. , Christopher and wife Denise of New Bern, NC. and Michael of Brookings S.D. Frank and Mary Ann's fourth son Phillip passed away on March 21st 1989. He is missed by his family to this day.
Frank is also survived by his sister Sylvia Mazzeffe of Gladstone, Mo.
Frank and Mary Ann are grandparents to 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Frank was a third generation barber and the co-owner of Plaza West Hair Salon, he also owned Frank's War Parkway Barber Shop for many years..

The 9am Mass on Sunday, March 6 @ St. Therese Little Flower Church, 5814 Euclid Avenue, is in memory of Frank Biondo (Mass live-streamed).

I have Koen Frank. For over 30 years. He was a gem of a guy with the highest moral and Christian values. He was a guest class father and devoted husband. My thoughts and prayers foot Mary Ann and the rest of his family.

Dear Mary Ann & Sons,
Please know that my prayers are with you at this sad time in your life. Frank and I were classmates from 5th grade until graduation from Glennon in '51. I have many fond memories of those years, at Holy Trinity. May Frank's soul rest in peace. I do not have an address to send you a Mass card, but I wil send a donation into the Sacred Heart Monastary.
