Visitation will be held from 9:30-11:00am followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00am on Friday, December 23rd in St. Michael Archangel Catholic Church, 14251 Nall Ave Overland Park KS 66223. Gary was one of the kindest people I've ever met. He was funny, witty, soft & gentle. He had an old soul about him. His passing has come as a shock. He will be forever missed. Prayers to the Godbout family - you are in my thoughts. Hugs & Love.

Our condolences to the Godbout family. Gary was an important part of the Gardening Angels mowing crew. I always enjoyed chatting with him when we would meet at the rectory, as he always had a smile and nothing but kind words of friends and family. I will miss that, but figure he is now taking care of mowing around God's kingdom!
