Harold Landrum Obituary

Harold F. "Hal" Landrum, 91, Overland Park, KS, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2005, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Services 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 2 at The Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee, with graveside services at 12:30 p.m. at the National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS. Visitation Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. Mr. Landrum was born in Kansas City, KS. He retired from the Metcalf State Bank. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII, and was awarded four Bronze Stars. He was a member of the American Legion Post #370 in Overland Park, KS; Wyandotte #03 Masonic Lodge, Kansas City, KS; Scottish Rite-Kansas City, MO; Abdallah Shrine Temple in Kansas City, Order of Quetzalcoatl #16-Past Camaxtl; KC Federation of Musicians Local #34-627 and a pianist for Les Copley Orchestra for many years; Life member, B.P.O. Elks USA Kansas City, MO, Lodge #26 and lodge organist. Survivors include his wife Frances Landrum of 67 years; two daughters, Marilyn J. Farrell, Santa Fe, NM, and Linda Cobb Boles, Overland Park, KS; son James N. Landrum, Kansas City, KS; two brothers, William T. Landrum, Sun City West, AZ, and Willard G. Landrum, Shawnee Mission, KS; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-greatgrandchildren. (Arr. Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee, 913-631-5566)
