Howard L Clark Howard L. Clark, 68, passed away Apr. 21, 19 at NKC Hospital. He was born June 1, 50 in San Francisco, CA. Howard and his partner; Bradley Bowers have lived together for the last 25 years. He is survived by his partner Bradley, three sisters and a half brother. A visitation will be Saturday, Apr 27, 19, 12-2pm at Charter Funerals, 77 NE 72nd, Gladstone, MO.
