Dad was always there for me... whether it was playing catch in the back yard or coaching my basketball and softball teams. He and my mom, Beth attended countless games, meets, and races into my adult life.

He and my older brother, Al would allow me to tag along on fishing trips...even though quiet and still are not my strong suit.

He and mom loaned me cars and money which I usually repaid and rarely crashed.

It was a great fun to harass him, saying he looked almost 'perky' for family events where he would see my sister, Michelle, the grandkids, or his great granddaughter, Sloan.

We lost an honest, stand up, man of integrity. My heart is broken...I could always count on him, and his quiet...almost smile.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to your family. May knowing that our Heavenly Father understands your grief, provide a measure of comfort during this difficult time.
